| Hi-Tech Building 2010 On December 7th-9th in Moscow the major event in the home & building automation market, the 9th International Exhibition&Forum Hi-Tech Building 2010, will take place. Hi-Tech Building 2010 is the only trade fair in Russia and CIS featuring building automation, building security systems, electrical engineering, HVAC controls, light controls, IT-infrastructure, "Smart Home" systems, technologies for energy efficient buildings, sustainable development, Passive Houses and Green buildings. Hi-Tech Building 2010 Exhibition&Forum is organized by MIDEXPO exhibition company under patronage of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, in partnership with the Green Building Council Russia, and with support of the leading professional associations and organizations: Builders Associations of Russia, ABOK, "Passiv Haus Institut", Bacnet Interest Group Russia (BIG-ru), LonMark, KNX, Continental Automated Building Association (CABA), the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Hi-Tech Building 2010 will showcase special expositions and intensive supporting program. The day before the show, on December 6th, the International Forum "Innovative technologies for sport facilities" will take place in "President-hotel". The Forum is organized by MIDEXPO company together with Integrated Systems Events and supported by Russian Association of Sport Facilities and Green Building Council Russia. The Forum aims to highlight such immediate issues as governmental strategy of building and equipping sports facilities in Russia, international experience and integrated solutions of sport and Olympic facilities. The special exposition and conference "Energy Efficient Technologies in construction – Passive House", featuring engineering, constructing and equipping low energy buildings is traditionally organized within Hi-Tech Building with support of "Passiv Haus Institut". In November 2009 Russian government passed the law about energy efficiency in Russian Federation. The Moscow state administration has started a city program in 2009 "Energy efficient building construction in Moscow from 2010 through 2014 with prospect to 2020". All these measures make the project "Energy Efficient Technologies in construction – Passive House" even more relevant as energy awareness raises in Russia. The exposition and conference "Energy Efficient Technologies in construction – Passive House" annually helps systemize efforts to save energy throughout the country. Special exposition and conference "Green Building" features design and construction practices for environment safe buildings. It is organized in partnership with Green Building Council Russia. Green (sustainable) development in Russia is currently one of the most attractive trends for investors and developers. Therefore, Hi-Tech Building 2010 visitors are welcome to attend Conference "Integrated approach to designing and constructing Green buildings. Green development in Russia".
