| Bilfinger Berger to transform to a European stock company Bilfinger Berger SE announced that Dr. h.c. Bernhard Walter was elected as Chairman of the company's Supervisory Board and Stephan Brückner was elected Deputy Chairman. Bernhard Walter has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG since 1998 and its Chairman since 2006. Stephan Brückner has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Group Works Council of Bilfinger Berger AG since 2008. In its constituent meeting, the Supervisory Board also appointed the Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger SE: The Chairman of the Executive Board is Herbert Bodner, who has held this position at Bilfinger Berger since 1999. Other members of the Executive Board are Joachim Müller (Chief Financial Officer), Klaus Raps, Prof. Hans Helmut Schetter, Thomas Töpfer and Joachim Enenkel. Joachim Enenkel, previously Managing Director of Bilfinger Berger Ingenieurbau GmbH, succeeds Kenneth D.
