| Kone acquires Marvi Elevator group in Spain Finnish lift and escalator maker Kone has acquired the Spanish Marvi Elevator group. Marvi installs, maintains and modernizes elevators in the eastern regions of Spain, and has an assembly and logistics center in Lérida (Catalonia). The group has approximately 240 employees and a maintenance base of 12,500 units. Marvi, which was founded in 1965, has experienced strong growth and developed solid customer relationships over the years.
