| Turner completes school projects in Illinois Turner Construction Company, the US's largest builder of education facilities, has completed $48.8 million of K-12 school projects in Illinois in time for the start of the 2010 school year that will serve more than 2, 400 students. The school construction projects completed by Turner include: • Benjamin Elementary School in Normal, Ill., a $12 million, 78,000 sq. ft. facility to house 600 students • George Evans Junior High School in Normal, Ill., a $20 million, 140,000 sq. ft. facility to house 800 students • Richard D. Crosby Elementary School in Harvard, Ill., a $16.8 million, 111,000 sq. ft. facility to serve 1,000 students in Kindergarten through third grade.
