| Ferrovial Servicios acquires company in the UK Through AmeyCespa, a joint venture of its subsidiaries Amey and Cespa created to operate in the UK, Ferrovial Servicios has completed the purchase of Dickerson Group and its UK waste management company Donarbon. Donarbon's assets include a waste management contract in Cambridgeshire under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI). The acquisition cost £48.6 million. Donarbon has waste treatment facilities, including a c4.5 million cubic meter landfill. It operates further 2 transfer stations, 9 household waste recycling centers, as well as other industrial and commercial services. The deal adds 480 million pounds sterling (580 million euro) to Ferrovial's backlog.
