| Black & Veatch names new chief administrative officer Black & Veatch announced the appointment of Jim Lewis as Chief Administrative Officer and President of the company's Administrative Division. In this role, Lewis will lead key functions that promote and advance the delivery of services to clients, including day-to-day operations, safety, information technology, project management systems, Enterprise Risk Management and facilities management. Howard Withey, the current Chief Administrative Officer, will retire from the company on August 6, following 22 years of service. During his tenure, Withey helped launch the company's Building a World of Difference Foundation and led efforts in the successful purchase last year of Black & Veatch's office at 11401 Lamar Ave., Overland Park, making it the company's world headquarters.
