| Echo Investment acquires site in Warsaw Echo Investment, a Poland-based company active in the real estate sector, has won the tender procedure for the purchase of a site (approx. 74,000 sqm) on Konstruktorska street in Warsaw. The company has been selected to be the buyer of the site by tender procedure carried out by the Tender Committee at Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Uprzemysłowionego Warszawa Północ. The value of the transaction amounts to 63 mln PLN. The acquisition agreement will be signed within a month.
