High-rise apartment building in San Francisco reopens its doors

Sequoia Equities announced the completion of their renovation of Tower 737, located on the 700th block of Post Street in downtown San Francisco, CA. After nearly three years and $6,000,000.00 of planning and construction the new Tower737 makes a bold statement by delivering a hip, innovative perspective in rental living with style, uniqueness, and miscellany indigenous only to San Francisco. The centerpiece of the project is Courtyard737, a contemporary outdoor space that rivals even the trendiest of hotels in design. From here, residents can easily reach a host of other appealing amenities like Fit737, a fitness club with cardio equipment, weights, towels, and bottled water.

Lounge737, providing an entertainment venue complete with cinema screen, theater sound, and wine lockers. Media737, offering a full-service tech center including complimentary faxing, copying, and printing. Bistro737, serving an array of gourmet coffee and tea daily. And finally, residents are spoiled with a full-service concierge to assist with their every request.

Each of Tower737's three high-rise towers offer a combination of soft-lofts, one and two bedroom flats, with breathtaking views of the cityscape and bay and modern appointments such as; granite countertops, wood style flooring, maple cabinetry, low profile Berber carpet, and stainless steel appliances.

Sequoia Equities' vision to transform the once ordinary building into a destination for local renters has been realized. Sequoia Equities' Senior Vice President William W. Brooks asserts, "Tower 737 offers a cosmopolitan playground where San Francisco's sophisticated can enjoy a chic, ultramodern environment with time-saving conveniences usually found only at boutique hotels. It is our goal to provide an exceptional urban lifestyle experience for city dwellers".
