Iberdrola, Napisa to develop non-residential turnkey projects

Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has signed an agreement with NAPISA (Naves y Parques Industriales, S.A.) for the joint development of non-residential turnkey projects.

Through this agreement, the Iberdrola subsidiary will contribute industrial, commercial and tertiary land from its portfolio and will manage the resulting turnkey products, while NAPISA will offer its broad portfolio of customers seeking this kind of product and will manage their construction.

The companies will initially consider operations in the provinces of Madrid, Navarre, Malaga, Girona, Tarragona and Valladolid with scope for the development of commercial, industrial and tertiary land with a buildable area of more than 240,000 square metres.

NAPISA is a Spanish industrial construction company with a 19-year proven track record in the sector. It has successfully constructed over 1.4 million square metres through over 350 projects, and has researched and assessed in excess of 2,800 projects.

Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has become a key player in the Spanish real estate sector and has a portfolio of more than 3.4 million square metres.
