| Arcadis Aqumen extends contract with Sabic Netherlands-based Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, announced that Arcadis Aqumen Facility Management (AAFM) has extended its facility management contract with SABIC. AAFM is a joint venture with the English Carillion. The extension covers a period of 3+1 years commencing back in January 2010. Emphasis will be on further standardization of services in the new contract without effecting quality. The entire value of the contract is €25 million. AAFM carries out facility management services for a number of office locations of SABIC. The activities encompass purchasing, building maintenance management, catering, cleaning, security, logistic services and transport of persons.
