Züblin AG and Züblin minority shareholder Lenz amicably agreed on settling all law suits of the minority shareholder against the company currently still pending. The law suit of the minority shareholder Lenz concerning the integration of the building construction and civil engineering business of Strabag AG to Ed. Züblin AG had already been finally resolved in favor of Ed.
