Verona Park a 304-unit property located at 1666 South Extension Road in Mesa, sold for $15.2 million, which calculates to $50,000 per unit or $61.23 per square foot. Argenta, a 395-unit community located at 4104 East Broadway Road in Mesa, sold for $18.15 million, which calculates to $45, 949 per unit or $67.02 per square foot. Cindy Cooke, senior vice president, and Brad Cooke, vice president, with Colliers' Phoenix office, represented the seller, whose name was not disclosed.
