| Atlas Copco's new generation of LP 18 power packs ![]() "As all moving parts of the power pack work in a closed, lubricated circuit, wear is very low," says Jan Byrresen, Product Line Manager for handheld hydraulic equipment. The power packs have an electric and recoil start system and feature a thermostatically-controlled oil cooler, allowing quick warm-ups which helps protect the hydraulic oil from overheating. The large front mounted cooler and air fan give efficient cooling of both the hydraulic system and the engine in warm climate conditions. A strong frame, large wheels and foldable handles give easy transport and enable use on tough work sites. Power packs are equipped with flat-face, quick-release couplings for easy and fast connections. write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Construction News :: home page |
