| Baker announces Marcellus Shale Coalition membership Michael Baker Corp (NYSE Amex:BKR) announced that it has been accepted as a member of the Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC) which was founded in 2008 to promote the responsible development of the Marcellus Shale natural gas formation. The MSC consists of over 100 members representing natural gas producers, pipeline companies, services firms, and suppliers.
