| Black & Veatch names new Director of its Power Delivery business US engineering giant Black & Veatch recently promoted David L. Abrams to Director of Power Delivery in the company's energy business. In his new role, Abrams will be responsible for overseeing all Power Delivery initiatives including electric transmission and substation design as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. Abrams has been with Black & Veatch for 25 years and has extensive experience with various types of EPC projects.
