| Carillion awarded support services contracts by BAA Carillion, UK's leading support services company, portfolio of construction and PFI projects, has been awarded a 10-year framework contract to provide facilities management services at Heathrow Airport. The first two contracts awarded to Carillion under the framework are for the provision of bundled service solutions for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. At Terminal 1, the contract is worth £23 million over an initial period of three years, with an option to extend this to seven years. At Terminal 3, the contract is worth £27 million over an initial period of three years, with an option to extend this to 10 years. Carillion will use its first-class capabilities and industry-leading best practice to meet the complex demands of these contracts to ensure compliance with the high operational and statutory requirements of these critical public environments.
