| Costain wins contract for Lancashire County Council Costain announces that it has been awarded an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract by Lancashire County Council (LCC) to develop and construct a major road decongestion and regeneration scheme. The scheme will link the A589 Morecambe Road near Torrisholme to a fully remodelled junction 34 on the M6 motorway near Halton.
