| Amec to continue collaboration with Chevron UK-based engineering services giant Amec has been selected by Chevron subsidiary Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd (CABGOC) to perform front-end engineering design (FEED) for a significant portion of the Mafumeira Sul development project, offshore Cabinda Province, Angola. The contract is expected to run until mid-2011. The Mafumeira Sul Project will include a central production platform complex of three platforms, two bridges and a flare tower. Oil and liquefied petroleum gas will be exported to the Malongo Oil Terminal and the Sanha floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, respectively.
