| WorleyParsons announces board changes Australian engineering giant WorleyParsons announced the appointment of Mr JB McNeil to its Board of Directors effective 1 May 2010. JB's appointment to WorleyParsons follows a 34 year career with ExxonMobil Corporation. WorleyParsons also announces that, effective 1 July 2010, Bill Hall will retire as a director and his current alternate director, Larry Benke, will be appointed a director. Bill will then assume the role of alternate director for Larry.
