| Icade finishes marketing Millenaire 2, Paris Icade, a France-based real estate investment company, said the Ile-de-France ARS (regional health agency), representing about 600 persons, has chosen to establish its head office in Icade's Parc du Millenaire from autumn 2010. The ARS has signed a lease for nine years with Icade for a floor area of 13,000 m. This completes the Millenaire 2, which, as announced, is now occupied at 100%, and takes up 3,000 m‚ of the Millenaire 1. The forthcoming delivery of the future shopping centre in April 2011 is making a major contribution to the attractiveness of the Parc du Millenaire for users. Marketing for the two office buildings with a floor area of 17,500 m‚ adjoining the shopping centre is now entering an active phase.
