| Balfour Beatty awarded estate regeneration project in Kensington Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, announces that Mansell, the UK construction services business, has been awarded a £65 million design and build contract to redevelop Wornington Green Estate, London, for Kensington Housing Trust. Mansell will build 324 high-quality homes and provide improved facilities and open space as part of the overall Wornington Green regeneration scheme. Fifty five percent of the homes will be for affordable allocation and forty five percent for open market sale.
