| Echo Investment announces launch of "Kasztanowa Aleja" project Echo Investment has resumed execution and sales of a modern residential estate called "Kasztanowa Aleja" at Wojskowa Street in Poznań. "Kasztanowa Aleja" is another housing proposal from Echo Investment. The Grunwald district where the estate is being developed is a prestigious, recognized area of Poznań, adjacent to the city center. The "Kasztanowa Aleja" development will consist of two independent buildings with yards, green areas and a playground for children. It will offer 282 apartments, 37 to 94 square meters in size, with gardens, balconies, terraces or loggias. More demanding customers will be able to choose to combine adjacent premises. Interesting arrangement options will be available with apartments on top floors, with spacious terraces, even as large as 150 square meters. "Studio Lisiak Sp. z o.o." of Poznań is the author of architectural design of the "Kasztanowa Aleja" project, and "Warbud S.A." of Warsaw is the general contractor. The site has already been handed over to the general contractor.
