| Baker to conduct I-95 Corridor Planning and Finance Study Michael Baker Engineering, Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corp, has been selected to conduct an I-95 Corridor Planning and Finance Study by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). Baker is responsible for the large public involvement campaign, including a project website and social media outreach, as well as other public workshops and small group meetings.
