| Colliers begins two renovation processes in Warsaw Colliers International, a leading advisor on the commercial real estate market, signed two agreements, with Baxter and the Cultural Centre of the of Embassy of the Republic of Korea, both of them for management of renovation processes. Both tenants are headquartered in the Nordic Park office building which is located in Warsaw's Powiśle district. The total area covered under Colliers supervision is 2,800 sqm. Baxter is an international medical services corporation operating in more than 110 countries throughout the world. The company commissioned Colliers International to supervise the renovation of 2,000 sqm of office space occupied by their Polish branch in Nordic Park. The scope of services rendered covered cost control as well as quality control of executed works. The Cultural Centre of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea was opened in January 2010 in Warsaw and it is the first project of its kind in Eastern Europe, promoting the culture of the Republic of Korea.
