| Wet steam pressure washers maintain power across long hoses Daimer Industries announced 17 wet steam Super Max pressure washers with the company's Long Hose Technology (LHT) that maintains cleaning force across hoses as long as 300 feet. The machines also include Super-HOT (Super High-Temperature Optimized Technology), which allows these machines to generate 330ºF wet steam at pressures as high as 3000 psi and water flows up to 5 GPM. "Super Hot machines offer only high-temperature, high-pressure wet steam - which eliminates confusion and makes these among our best pressure washer systems for new employees," notes Matthew Baratta, a Daimer.com spokesman. "LHT means users can clean anywhere without generating fumes - they can just set the fuel-burning base unit outside or in boiler area or room that is designed to handle exhaust." Traditionally, cleaning professionals could clean with either high heat from steam cleaners or high pressure from pressure washers. Super-HOT technology combines both options into a single machine that produces 330ºF wet steam and pressures up to 3000 psi. The machines offer only wet steam cleaning, so management can insure that employees use the proper temperature settings. Daimer 's LHT design maintains consistent force across the entire length of hoses measuring as long as 300-feet. The technology offers several benefits to users of pressure washers. First, users can clean without moving the base unit, which means more flexibility for owners of stationary pressure washers. Second, long hoses allow users to place a fuel-heated or fuel-powered base unit outdoors, in a boiler, or exhaust-friendly space and run the hose into facilities, such as areas used for food service or healthcare, that can not have exhaust. Both technologies are now available in 17 Super Max pressure washers including: electric-powered, propane heated machines (6000SP, 7000SP, 12200SP and 12300SP); fuel powered, propane heated systems (12500 GE SP, 12500 PE SP), electric powered oil/diesel/kerosene-heated equipment (the 12800SP, 12820SP, 12860SP); and stationary units (the 15000SP series). Daimer machines come standard with 25 to 50 foot hoses, but the company offers a variety of other hoses sizes and quick-disconnect technology for daisy-chaining multiple lengths. write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Construction News :: home page |
