| Baker announces 2009 4th quarter and full year results Michael Baker Corp reported net income from continuing operations of $24.6 million for 2009, or $2.75 per diluted share, on total contract revenues of $445.2 million. This compares to net income from continuing operations of $22.6 million, or $2.54 per diluted share, on total contract revenues of $455.9 million in 2008.
