| KBR to provide services for Toledo Refinery by BP-Husky LLC KBR, an American engineering and construction company, announced that it has been awarded a contract with BP-Husky to provide engineering, procurement and other project related services for BP-Husky Refining LLC's $400 Million Reformer 3 equipment upgrade of its Toledo Refinery located in Oregon, Ohio.
