Land Securities announces key appointments

UK property firm Land Securities announces a number of key appointments to its London Portfolio management team.

Scott Parsons has been appointed to the new post of Property Director with responsibility for Investment Management, Asset Management and Property Management. He joins the London Portfolio Executive Committee and will report to Robert Noel, Managing Director, London Portfolio.

Mr Parsons, 40, will join the Group at the end of April and was previously Managing Partner and President, European Real Estate at Brookfield and prior to that, held positions at Land Securities and GE Capital Real Estate.

As part of the creation of this role and a greater focus on asset management within the London Portfolio, Andrew Sell, Ben Ridgwell and Tim Allibone have been appointed to the Asset Management team. Andrew Sell and Ben Ridgwell were previously directors of NB Real Estate and Tim Allibone is currently Head of UK Asset Management at CLS Holdings plc.

Colette O'Shea, currently Head of Development, has been appointed Development Director with responsibility for Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing and Leasing, and also joins the London Portfolio Executive Committee.

In addition to the appointments to the Asset Management side of the business, Tom Eshelby, previously at Macquarie Bank and Savills, is joining the London Development team to spearhead the Land Securities' residential brand.
