| Turner names new vice president of its Southern California office Turner Construction Company, the U.S.'s leading general builder, announced Kevin E. Dow has been named Vice President and General Manager of the firm's Southern California office located in Anaheim, California. Dow will also serve as the General Manager of Regional Operations for Turner's Southwest region, which includes the firm's offices in Southern California and Arizona.
