World Congress on Particle Technology

The World Congress on Particle Technology (WCPT6 2010), supported by Partec, takes place in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg parallel to the international exhibitions Powtech and TechnoPharm from 26–29 April 2010. WCPT has been the world congress for all sectors concerned with particle technology for decades.

The latest findings from all areas of particle technology are combined and discussed at this unique 4-day world congress held in English. Some 1,000 scientists from all over the world are expected at WCPT6 in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg this April to source information and exchange views on 13 subjects: "Modelling and Simulations", "Granulation", "Bulk Solids", "Crystallisation", "Particle Characterisation", "Nanoparticles", "Aerosols", "Comminution and Grinding", "Science and Engineering of Particulate Materials", "Multiphase Flow and Separation", "Interface Controlled Systems and Processes", "Food / Pharma / Life Science Applications" and "Others".

Its interdisciplinary orientation means that the congress is not only suitable for particle technology experts, but for everyone working in the fields of material sciences and technologies, electronics, and pharmaceutical and food ingredients.

The complex program comprising 13 subjects covers nine rooms and two poster presentations.
