| BAM Nuttall, Morgan Est selected to deliver Managed Motorways Joint venture partners BAM Nuttall and Morgan Est have been appointed as one of the Delivery Partners for the Highways Agency's up to £2 billion National Framework Contract to deliver Managed Motorways over the next four years. As part of the framework contract the joint venture could be responsible for the delivery of works to optimise England's existing motorway network through the use of hard shoulder running.
