| BAM unveils new appointments The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group of the Netherlands announced the internal senior appointments. Mr R.A. Gregory, MCIOB will retire as chief executive of BAM Construct UK Ltd with effect from 1 April 2010. The Executive Board would like to thank Richard Gregory for over 43 years of loyal service, many at a senior position within the Group. The Executive Board has appointed Mr G. Cash, BA, RIBA as chief executive of BAM Construct UK with effect from the same date. Graham Cash (56) has been with the company since 1986 and is member of the management board since 2007. As of 1 April 2010, the management of BAM Construct UK will therefore consist of Mr G. Cash (chief executive), Mr R. Bailey and Mr J.R. Burke. Mr M.J. Rogers, FCIOB, FICE will step down as chief executive of BAM Nuttall Ltd with effect from 1 April 2010 to concentrate on his responsibility as a member of the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv. The Executive Board has appointed Mr S.C. Fox, BSc (Hons), MICE as chief executive of BAM Nuttall with effect from the same date. Steve Fox (47) has been with the company since 1989 and has been a member of the management board since 2007. The Executive Board has also appointed Mr G. Renshaw, BA, ACMA finance director. Geoff Renshaw (53) has been with the company since 2001. As of 1 April 2010, the management of BAM Nuttall will therefore consist of Mr S.C. Fox (chief executive), Mr D.K. Belsham, Mr G.
