| Lafarge sells its 17.28% stake in Cimpor to Votorantim French building materials firm Lafarge has sold to Votorantim, Brazil's biggest cement producer, its 17.28% interest in Lisbon-based cement producer Cimpor. The transaction will be completed in principle through an exchange of the Cimpor shares held by Lafarge for certain of Votorantim's assets in Brazil.
