| HeidelbergCement announces change in its Supervisory Board The Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Mannheim/Germany has supplemented the Supervisory Board of HeidelbergCement AG and appointed Dr.-Ing. Herbert Lütkestratkötter and Alan Murray as members of the Supervisory Board to represent the shareholders. They will replace the former Supervisory Board members Eduard Schleicher and Gerhard Hirth, who resigned from their positions at the end of 2009 in response to the changes in the shareholder structure of HeidelbergCement.
