| Energy efficient LEDme Four-inch Recessed Downlights Reinforcing its "Responsible Lighting" commitment, WAC Lighting introduces energy efficient LEDme Recessed Four-inch Downlights. WAC Lighting, a manufacturer and designer of track, recessed, undercabinet, monorail and decorative lighting, develops nearly all of its Responsible products in the family owned, ISO 9001-certified manufacturing campus with in-house UL approved testing labs. Developed for both residential and commercial applications, WAC's new LEDme Four-inch Downlights utilize the latest energy efficient LED technology, and offer a potential LED life of 50,000 hours. The fixtures are dimmable and feature a four-inch aperture. Designed with a clean, architectural look, LEDme Recessed Luminaires are engineered for precise thermal and optical performance. State-of-the-art LEDs provide light output equivalent to a 50-watt halogen lamp while using one-third the power and an average life that is 10-15 times longer. The results are lower operating and maintenance costs for the end-user. The Four-inch LEDme Downlights are dimmable from 100 to 1 percent. For optimal performance and color consistency, WAC uses ANSI-compliant Warm/Neutral LED Bins from such leading suppliers as Cree?, Philips Lumileds and Nichia. New Four-inch LEDme Downlights offer both IC and Non-IC rated models that are designed and engineered for retrofit and new construction applications. All 4-inch luminaires can be dimmed from 100 to one percent using either an incandescent or electronic low voltage dimmer. The Round and Square downlights are available in both Trim and Invisible Trim styles. Invisible Trim? downlights offer a seamless solution with minimal edge detail and sit flush with the ceiling plane, creating a sophisticated architectural look. Four-inch downlights deliver a narrow flood beam spread with a 35 percent visual cutoff and are available in warm and cool colors. Designed with a super low profile, the die cast aluminum trim is less than 1/8-inch in thickness. write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Construction News :: home page |
