| Another 5 000 square meters of office area leased in Park Postępu  In the last months of 2009 in Park Postępu complex, accomplished at Postępu street 21, in Warsaw, several lease agreements were concluded concering office area of more than 5 000 sq. m. Park Postępu is an A class office complex consisting of 4 buildings. Three of them received occupancy permits in the III quarter of 2009 and are leased in almost 80% (approximately 20 000 sq. m.). At present finishing works are in progress in the fourth - last building of the complex. Finishing of the last phase of works is scheduled for the II quarter of 2010.Park Postępu is a modern A class office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the ground floor. The complex is being constructed at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets.
