| aik special fund acquires office building in Brussels APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (aik) has successfully accomplished another acquisition in Belgium. aik acquired the real rights of a prime office building located in Brussels, Avenue de l'Astronomie 28/30 Sterrenkundelaan, from Cofinimmo. Real estate advisor involved in the operation is Knight Frank, and legal advisor is Clifford Chance. The property is situated on a large plot of land right along Brussels' inner ring road, at the cross point of the European district and the City centre. It consists of around 7.985 m² gross lettable areas, arranged over ground floor and eight upper floors, with a garden at the back, and 86 internal parking spaces in the basement levels. Astronomie building was constructed in 1991 by AXA Royale Belge, then incorporated to Cofinimmo in the frame of the Primaedis integration.
