| Iberdrola Ingeniería recieves The Príncipe Felipe Award Iberdrola Engineering and Construction was awarded the Príncipe Felipe Award for Business Excellence in the category of Industrial Quality and Innovation. The parent company Iberdrola has won the same award in the category of Internationalization. The awards, which will be presented on February 3 in a ceremony attended by TRH the Prince and Princess of Asturias, recognize the work and effort of the companies as they strive for excellence and are considered the maximum distinction a Spanish company can receive. The Príncipe Felipe Award for Industrial Quality and Innovation conferred on Iberdrola Ingeniería, out of almost 30 candidates nominated, recognizes the high quality and effort displayed by the Company, both in the processes and products as well as in the management, redounding to the excellence in its activity and competitive edge in the marketplace. In its decision to bestow the award for Internationalization on Iberdrola, special consideration was given to the evolution and dynamism of its foreign investments and its brand management strategy as a factor of international competitiveness. This award is an acknowledgment of the activity displayed by the company in recent years as much in the realm of Quality as in Innovation.
