| Aecom to complete Texas State Highway 161 Phase 4 Aecom Technology Corp, one of the world's largest engineering and architectural design firms, announced that it has been awarded a contract worth US$30 million from Prairie Link Constructors to complete the design of Texas State Highway 161 Phase 4. The project will result in a new, 6.5-mile link in the highway loop around Dallas.
