The works pertain to the new main level, the M1250, and the contract value is SEK 380 million. Since 2006, NCC has been performing rock-engineering assignments at Malmberget for the new main level, the M1250, as well as certain preparatory works involving ore. The figures 1250 represent the number of meters under the former surface. The volume of drift mining totals 22, 500 meters.
