| Solar Masthead Cordgrips for solar installers and integrators  Heyco Products, Inc., an ISO 9001:2000 US-based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and electronic components, has announced availability of their new Solar Masthead Cordgrips for solar installers and integrators. Less expensive, easier to install, and more aesthetically pleasing than rooftop combiner boxes, the Masthead Cordgrips are threaded into an adapter that allows the cordgrips to be attached directly to rigid (PVC) or EMT type conduit. Constructed of UV resistant nylon with TPE or Buna N sealing gland, the cordgrips provide a watertight seal for PV module output leads to inverters. Generous wrenching flats allow for ease of assembly, no disassembly is required for installation, and NPT threads easily assemble into schedule 40 fittings.
