| ING Real Estate signs Quartier de l'Amphitheatre scheme in Metz ING Real Estate Development and Apsys have signed contracts with SAREMM (the Metz Metropolitan land development company) on Quartier de l'Amphitheatre, a 42,500 sq m retail and leisure scheme in the Amphitheatre urban regeneration district. This new inner-city district is located next to the Metz Central high-speed train terminal and to the Centre Pompidou-Metz modern art museum scheduled to open in 2010. The shopping and leisure center will include ten mid-sized units, a food supermarket, and a wide range of smaller shops.
