| Altmarkt-Galerie Dresden: Extension on schedule The construction works for the extension of the Altmarkt-Galerie in Dresden are proceeding at good pace: the inner-city shopping gallery receives another 18,000sqm of additional sales area for approx. 90 new shops until spring 2011. Moreover, about 2,900sqm office area and approx. 5,300sqm for a hotel with roughly 200 rooms are planned on the upper floors of the new building at the street Wilsdruffer Straße. The project partners Deutsche EuroShop, TLG Immobilien and ECE Group invest around € 165 million in the building project.
