| Arcadis announces new appointments Based at Arnhem, the Netherlands, Arcadis, the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, announced that Mr. Steven B. Blake has been appointed to its Executive Board as of January 1, 2010 and Mr. Armando R. Pérez has been appointed to its Supervisory Board commencing immediately.
