| Bouygues to sell 35.7% of its Finagestion subsidiary French construction giant Bouygues said that it would sell 35.7% of its Finagestion subsidiary to Emerging Capital Partners (ECP). Finagestion is a holding company that owns water management activities in Senegal and Ivory Coast and power generation and distribution operations in Ivory Coast. Bouygues maintained these activities when it sold Saur in 2005. ECP, to which Bouygues already sold a 29.3% interest in the capital of Finagestion in July 2008, is a major player in investment capital in Africa.
