| Züblin sells commercial property in Rümlang, Switzerland Swiss property company Züblin Immobilien Holding AG announced that it had concluded the sale of its 12,500 m² fully-let commercial property in Rümlang, Switzerland. The sales price of CHF 23.5 million was slightly above its IFRS fair value as of 30 September 2009.
