| Skanska to construct UK school Swedish construction giant Skanska has been awarded the contract to construct Belfairs High School in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, northeast of London. The contract amounts to GBP 28 M, or approximately SEK 310 M. The customer is Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the scheme is funded by the Government's Department for Children Schools and Families.
