| Husqvarna appoints new head of supply chain  Thomas Andersson has been appointed Executive Vice-President of Husqvarna AB and Head of the Group's supply-chain organization. He will report to President and CEO Magnus Yngen, and will be a member of Group Management. The supply-chain organization comprises the Group's production, purchasing and logistics. Thomas Andersson is currently Senior Vice President and Head of Volvo Powertrain Sweden. Volvo Powertrain is the Volvo Group's business unit for development and manufacturing of engines and transmissions.Husqvarna is the world's largest producer of lawn mowers, chainsaws and portable petrol-powered garden equipment such as trimmers and blowers.
