| Moss completes Leon renovation in 90 days Moss & Associates, one of Florida's largest construction management companies, recently completed a building renovation for Leon Medical Centers' Kendall Medical Facility located at 12515 SW 88th street. The 70,000 square foot $10 million project was completed 90 days after receipt of the building permit by working around the clock, seven days a week. Members of Moss & Associates' executive team have built or renovated more than $2.5 billion of healthcare and life science facilities, primarily in the South Florida area. Moss' professionals are skilled at managing the critical components of leading-edge clinical and research projects, to assure regulatory compliance and meet owners' goals. Leon Medical Centers' facilities throughout Miami-Dade County are owned and operated by the León family. The centers are exclusively dedicated to serving the needs of Medicare patients. Construction of this fast track project began in June 2009 and took place while portions of the building remained fully operational. The project represents the second consecutive project that Moss is constructing for this owner.
