| BAM reaches financial close PPP-project Kantienberg The project of Ghent University for design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) of approximately 650 student apartments and an underground parking, as well as redevelopment of the university restaurant, has reached contractual and financial close. The project Kantienberg has a value of approximately €100 million for BAM. The apartment building is designed by Huiswerk architects in Antwerp. The first apartments will be ready in 2011.
